Description

We are looking for a Chef De Partie (CDP) with Italian Cuisine background to join at a beautiful resort in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role requires a strong background in Italian cuisine, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A candidate must be available locally for food tasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes according to restaurant standards.

• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

• Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet quality standards.

• Work efficiently during service to ensure timely delivery of meals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in Italian cuisine.

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
