• Greet customers warmly and process cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
• Maintain and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist customers with inquiries and promote available offers or products.
• Follow all company policies and cash-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with the accounting and inventory teams when required.
