Description

As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and updating customer records. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor are essential. Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
