Description

To ensure full responsibility for the finance function of the company covering but not limited to daily finance operation, financial statements preparation, treasury, and bank relationship, budgeting and planning, financial analysis and reporting to ensure the Financial Health and growth initiatives for the company. Furthermore, identify areas of improvement, cost reduction, system enhancement, and managing risks.

Experience of a minimum of 10 years out of which 5 years as a Finance Manager position for a major company in UAE-preferably in soft commodities.

Acieve company's operational objectives(revenue,profits,cash flow,market share..etc

Complete a comprehensive budget and financial planning on time

Timely and accurate reports development as planned

Sufficient bank's facilities support business growth

Meeting monthly and annual accounting closing timelines

Timelines of the annual audit

Competencies: Excellent communication skills, integrity, and ethics, leadership, adaptability, ability to work independently, problem-solving, accuracy

Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting. Preference will be given to candidate with professional certifications(CPA, CMA, CA...etc)

Responsibilities and duties:

Oversee the day to day accounting and financial operations

Maintain proper accounting policies

Ensure proper cash management and maintain excellent banking relationships

Interpret the company financial results to management and recommend improvement activities

responsibility for computerization of the financial activities using the approved enterprise resource planning(ERP_

Forecast cash flow positions

Assist in determining company proper capital structure and arrange for equity and debt financing

Manage the capital budgeting process

Establish variance analysis

Assist management in formulation of its strategic direction

Native: Arabic speaker
