Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Identify and secure new clients, including property owners and strategic partners and expanding the company's client base.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Property Portfolio Expansion:
Scout and assess potential new properties for inclusion in the company’s portfolio.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results.
Promote the company’s brand and services to potential clients and partners.
Feedback and Market Intelligence:
Gather feedback from clients and market intelligence to inform business strategies.
Stay updated with industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Fluent English
Experience:
Real estate industry related: 4 year (Required)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience in business development, sales, in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of the market and trends.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
