Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and expand our presence in the interior fit-out and luxury furniture market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships.

• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closure.

• Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposals and tenders.

• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Interior Design, or related field.

• 5–8 years’ experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or luxury furniture sales (UAE/GCC).

• Strong industry network and proven sales record.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Valid UAE driving license.
