Description

Promocell Marketing and Advertising is looking for a BDE (Business Development Executive) to help in building business success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects.

In addition to the actual sales, the BDE will also take the lead on managing relationships with high profile accounts and should have superior analytical skills and a firm grasp on customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media with current and prospective customers
• Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
• Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists
• Listen and draw out the concerns/problems of others to identify possible solutions
• Identify the traits of the ideal customer and seek to find others with the same traits
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Set up meetings with potential clients
• Prepare and deliver presentations on services/products
• Prepare reports on goals, sales and prospects by collecting sales data and statistics
• Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company
• Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections
• Understanding of customer needs and maintaining relationships with large clients by providing information, support and guidance

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience in BD or sales in UAE working for a BTL (Below the line) Marketing and Advertising agency or a relevant role with strong history in BD on a B2B basis
• Superior analytical skills and thorough understanding of production, promotional campaigns, marketing and negotiating techniques
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with proficiency in written and spoken English; second language a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with customer relationship tools is a plus.
• Should have a car and a UAE driving license
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business management or related field…
