Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at Brand Cast Solution, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored digital marketing solutions. Your focus will be on achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
   - Regularly coordinate with clients to ensure on-time delivery of communication tasks.
   - Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
   - Study and understand all facets of the media and products and services being offered.
Sales and Business Development:
   - Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
   - Identify and target potential clients through research and lead generation.
   - Schedule meetings with prospective clients, making effective use of provided data and resources.
   - Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to convert meetings into sales.
   - Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through sales calls, cold calling, direct emails, networking, and social media.
   - Drive company sales by sourcing new clients and convincing existing clients to purchase additional offerings.
   - Generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Documentation and Reporting:
   - Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
   - Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, lead generation, and goal achievement.
   - Provide regular reports on your sales activities and progress.
   - Set monthly and weekly goals and adhere to reporting requirements.
Client Management:
   - Manage and anticipate existing and potential communication needs of clients.
   - Handle projects/accounts and address clients' requirements effectively.
Market Awareness and Trends:
   - Identify and adopt emerging trends and address industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in Media/Marketing/Communications is ideally preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
