We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Job description:
We provide all marketing and business services to all companies and organizations in UAE, KSA, Egypt and Oman. With all varieties that match the client requirements like (training, consultations and Management by ourselves). Our business development and sales team will be responsible for helping our organization to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
Track and report on the status of proposal components.
Conduct ongoing market research.
Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals.
Drive the end-to-end sales process.
Prepare and submit sales contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must currently residing in UAE .
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development.
Preferably FEMALE Syrian nationality.
SPEAKING ARABIC IS A MUST
