Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of expertise in BPO hiring, particularly in bulk recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes for domestic BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to BFSI recruitment and the ability to manage high-volume hiring while ensuring quality talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements efficiently while maintaining hiring timelines.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure smooth recruitment support.
• Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins) to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screening, assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams for seamless onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics for process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10-15 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
• Strong expertise in bulk hiring and BFSI recruitment .
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
• Strong analytical skills to track recruitment metrics.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in voice/non-voice BPO hiring.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Exposure to workforce planning and talent mapping.
