Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting clients in a helpful
Attending to client queries face to face, via the phone and email
Answering phone calls and dealing with matters independently
Managing an appointments diary
Ensure the tidiness of the reception area
Processing incoming and outgoing post
Scanning, faxing, printing and photocopying
Keeping document records up to date
Issuing initial letters/questionnaires to clients
Filling out applications
Attending meetings as appropriate

Successful Applicant:
Can speak fluent English and conversational in ether Arabic or Punjabi
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong organisational skills
Clear and effective communication skills
Exhibit a good level of flexibility and teamwork
