Description

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator who possesses a valid UAE driver’s license. VISA and MEDICAL INSURANCE will be provided by the company without any charges.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in good condition.

· Manage multiple orders, delivery locations, and customers at the same time.

· Deliver orders within an optimal period of time, ensuring the freshness of food and respecting customer preferences.

· Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions.

· Navigate local streets and highways with ease using a GPS.

· Communicate clearly with customers and food service employees.

· Verify orders before each delivery and maintain a detailed, comprehensive delivery log.

Skills:

· A valid bike driver’s license and a clean driving record

· Previous delivery or customer service experience in any industry

· Familiarity with the local area, including streets, highways, and buildings

· Detail-oriented and organized

· Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and conflict resolution

· Proven track record of succeeding in a time-sensitive setting

· Experience handling cash and giving change.
(Valid Bike Driving License)

Bike, Uniform, Helmet, and Leg Guard are all stuff provided by the company.

Xad Technologies is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Bike Rider (Food Delivery) in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Dubai Sharjah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have high school qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require license, driving, customer service, strong interpersonal skills, handling mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 2k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
