Job Description

Position Summary:
Our baker will be responsible for producing Arabic style bread (manakish), fresh breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, pizza and etc. daily as part of our farm-to-table menus. They will handle our onsite brick oven and convection ovens. The candidate must support kitchen staff in preparing menus for events and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all baked goods required for daily menu
Support kitchen in the execution of event menus
Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders and other equipment.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace.
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Required:
3+ years in a professional cooking setting
Preferably Arabic Pastry Chef with knowledge for making Arabic style bread (manakish), fresh bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, pizzas and etc.
Commitment to personal health and passion for cooking, nutrition and sustainability.
Strong coordination and collaboration skills.
Friendliness, approach ability and enthusiasm for working with other people.
Can join immediately and must be in UAE and can communicate well esp. English
Cancelled or Visit Visa Preferred

AL DALLAH AL SHAMEYAH CAFE & RESTAURANT is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Baker in the field of Other in one of their office located in Al Ain - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have with experience in baking qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require baker, dedicated, verbal communication, baking, baker, arabic, bread, cookies, pizza, part, oven, kitchen staff, events, kitchen, execution, mixers, pastry chef mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 1k to 2k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
