Company Overview:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique AV needs and recommend tailored solutions leveraging Extron, Yealink, Biamp, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess AV system integration requirements, including equipment placement, cabling infrastructure, and power considerations.
• Design and engineer innovative AV solutions encompassing audio conferencing, video conferencing, control systems, digital signage, and more, utilizing Extron, Yealink, Biamp, and other industry-leading products.
• Execute proficient installation and integration of AV equipment in adherence to industry standards and best practices, ensuring optimal functionality, reliability, and user accessibility.
• Skillfully program and configure control systems and DSPs (Digital Signal Processors) to deliver seamless operation and enhance user experience.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of AV systems to identify and swiftly resolve any technical issues or performance discrepancies.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing technical support to clients and end-users, empowering them to maximize the potential of their AV investments.

• Proven track record as an AV Technician/System Integrator, with demonstrable expertise in Extron, Yealink, Biamp, and other leading AV brands.
• Profound understanding of AV technologies, encompassing audio and video signal flow, DSP programming, control systems, and network integration.
• Proficiency in interpreting AV schematics, wiring diagrams, and architectural plans to facilitate seamless system integration.
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, and SIP.
• Strong troubleshooting acumen and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges promptly and effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork and client interaction.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Extron AV Associate, Biamp TesiraFORTÉ, Yealink Certified VC Professional) will be advantageous.
