Are you an experienced mechanic with a passion for Japanese and American cars? YPerformance Garage is currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as Auto Mechanic who can supervise and have expertise in car modification in Ajman, UAE. If you have 5 to 7 years of experience working with Japanese and American cars and possess excellent leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You're responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of high-end luxury vehicles within our garage. This role involves leading and collaborating with a team of skilled automotive technicians, ensuring the exceptional servicing of luxury cars, and maintaining a friendly work environment to meet the standards.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues with engines and transmissions in Japanese and American cars.

Develop and implement research work to optimize vehicle performance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team mechanics.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.

Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Requirements:

5 to 7 years of experience as a mechanic, specialized in Japanese and American cars.

Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing various mechanical systems physically and through diagnosis tools.

Manage to write and close job cards on time.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Extensive knowledge of automotive tools, equipment, and technologies.

Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive technology is preferred.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within an automotive garage or service center specializing in luxury cars.

Expert knowledge of luxury car mechanics and repair procedures.

Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized repair tools.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.

English communication skills.
