A leading travel company is looking to hire Assistant Manager
Job Location - Dubai
Salary - AED 6000-7500
2)Event & Exhibition
3)Assisting the senior project manager and project director on a daily basis.
4)Providing support in the development of the project management strategy and delivery.
5)Assisting and participating in the procurement of sub- consultants and contractors required for all of the construction packages.
6)Administering with the tender review, recommendation and eventual award of these packages.
7)Being involved in the design management, delivery, quality, time, cost and hand over of these key packages.
8)Preparing project status reports for clients, management and team members.
9)Tracking project progress (goals, schedule, and budget) and generates status reports.
1)Strong written and verbal communication skills;
2)Excellent in negotiation skill
3)Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
5)Good sense of design (Event and Exhibition)
6)Flexible and resilient, ability to perform in a "fluid" environment;
7)Previous experience working in a fast- paced, multi- level, project- based environment with an emphasis on timelines and delivery an asset;
8)Experience in the scheduling and rostering of a large scale workforce.
Tourism : 2 years (Preferred)
Management: 4 years (Preferred)
