Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and joinery projects based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and BOQs to ensure accurate take-offs and cost analysis.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, market values, and industry pricing trends.
• Calculate joinery costing including furniture, cabinetry, doors, panels, and other custom works.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of estimates.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
• Assist in value engineering by suggesting cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
• Support the management team in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project cycle.
