You will be responsible for all related project communication, project execution, project handing over, monitoring the daily/weekly progress, material monitoring and escalating any major issues to upper management.
Some of the Accounting/Finance responsibilities include:
- Inspect the construction site to ensure the appropriate level of quality control in our scope of work at the site.
- Coordinate with the material supply chain to provide the needed supplies on time.
- Coordinate with the senior management in terms of work schedule to stay on track without any delay.
- Monitor the material and tools spending to stay on budget.
- Maintain records of all project related duties and project costs.
- Provide the needed documents for all implementations and activities on site.
