Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the role of Regulatory & Logistic Coordinator in Sharjah UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our regulatory and logistics requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage regulatory documentation and submissions.
• Liaise with government and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for efficient logistics.
• Prepare shipping documents and oversee inventory records.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in MS Excel.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• High School diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
