Description

1. Should be ACCA / CA Inter / ACMA / PIPFA with 5-year experience.
2. Prepare and analyze accounting records and financial statements to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting standards.
3. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to endorsement for payment.
4. Daily monitoring of cash flow in different bank accounts for internal transfers and payments.
5. Handle accounts receivables by maintaining up-to-date billing records, prepare client invoices, monitor and initiate collection efforts, and preparation of regular reporting requirements.
6. Monthly aging Reports required receivable and Payable Management.
7. Handle settlement of salaries and wages carry-out monthly.
8. Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations for consolidation purposes.
9. Budget Preparation with analysis of all projects and support projects accounts.
10. The candidate should be efficient, possess good communication skills, should be able to manage the full financial process, provide ongoing and report support.
11. Updating of ledgers for payables, receivables, depreciation/amortization, loan/interest payments, accruals, prepayments, and analyze/reconcile balances on a monthly basis.
12. Can work independently.
