• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
• Managing day-to-day cash and bank transactions
• VAT Filing
• Keep records of invoices and expenses payments
• Responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by sales team for clients in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Office support and clerical duties and activities of a general nature in support of the assigned department
• Handle all day to day admin tasks.
• Candidate should be proficient in Tally & Microsoft Excel
• Ideally 2 years of employment-based accounts/ admin experience.
• Female Candidates will be preferred only.
• Age limit between 24 – 35 years.
• The applicant should preferably hold a Diploma or Degree in accounting or bookkeeping
