Description
Role Purpose
The waiter is responsible for taking orders and guiding runner while maintaining quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Overviews the table section cleanliness and set-ups before duty starts.
- Assists and guides guests through the menu choice and serves them in a good, proper and hygienic way.
- Informs management immediately of any discrepancies or complaints.
- Liaises with other outlets and departments to ensure smooth running of the outlet.
- Accomplishes different tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Ensures that employees provide a friendly, courteous, professional and fast service to guests at all times.
- Ensures that the log book notes are applied.
Job Specification
AZADEA GROUP is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Waiter/Waitress in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have high school degree qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require quality, management, restaurant, service, notes, fluency in english, arabic is a plus mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
