Job Description:
Managing the printing department and responsible for day to day production within the printing dept.
Plans, schedule, strategics, and oversee all printing requirement related to on-going project
Supervise the printing and finishing team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadlines changes and updates.
Communicate effectively with Project Managers / stake holders on their running projects
Monitor quality, accuracy, and timelines of all orders to ensure commitments are met through production of high quality material that meets customer delivery expectations.
Maintain a positive department attitude and ensure that all employees under supervision are aligned with company goals
Make sure that machines are well maintained and properly calibrated
Manage material usage & ensure efficiency
Continuous personnel assessment and draft plans to strengthen areas of improvement
Work closely with HR to hire the right skills where needed
Draft short & long term plans for the development of the department with the objective of turning it into a highly efficient profit center
Invest time in R&D with the objective of improving the department’s output in time & quality/ present new products that can craft a new competitive edge for Rely over Competition.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors degree / master degree qualification and atleast 10 years of experience. The position require printing, production, project, finishing, team, quality, customer, supervision, company, usage, personnel, assessment, draft, development, turning, profit, center, time, craft, edge mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 7k to 10k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
