Description
Our client, one of the leading FMCG distribution companies in Oman is seeking to hire a Territory Development Supervisor. This role reports to the Territory Development Manager/ Regional Sales Manager and will be required to:
1.Develop profitable new business and grow the existing base by selecting coaching and training the territory sales team.
2. Support CR / Salesman in growing accounts, by implementing full line distribution, execution standards and market credit policies.
• Follow up on collections/ debt management as per agreed CDA terms.
• Follow up with internal departments to resolve daily operational issues.
• Ensure promotion executions in the territory and extending support to achieve objectives in the trade.
FMCG experience is a must.
Job Specification

The ideal candidate should have any graduation/ driving license qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require fmcg, distribution, territory, development, regional, sales, business, base, coaching, training, support, line, execution, standards, market, credit, debt, management, internal mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
