Sr. Relationship Officers/ Team Leaders  - Direct Sales (multi products sales)

Limited vacancies for Sr. Relationship Officer for a well reputed largest bank in Dubai. Candidates with minimum 2 years experience of multi products sales (CASA/ payroll accounts, Credit cards, personal loans) only may apply.

Experience Requirement :

Minimum 2 years of multi product sales experience in UAE. (CASA/ Payroll accounts, credit cards & Personal Loan).

Minimum 6 months incentive to be reflecting in the bank statement.

Skills and Competency requirement :

Excellent sales personality with strong communication skills and eager to earn incentives.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to develop strong relationships with companies in the target market to acquire payroll.

Identify, prospect and acquire new customers to meet monthly sales targets.

Ensuring optimal level of customer services through telephonic and face-to-face sales. Develop long term relationship with customers.

Provide Daily Sales Report.

Conduct promotional and Kiosk activities to achieve budgeted sales volumes.

Responsible for achieving individual targets across all products (Credit Card, Personal Loan, Payroll Account)
