Description

Give the example as the first salesperson of the Store

Working side by side with the Store Manager during the implementation of commercial activities

• Guarantee constant contribution in order to achieve the Store profitability and performance targets (P Plus, UPT, Average Ticket, Convertion rate, hourly productivity)
• Guarantee, in the absence of the Store Manager, the constant supervision of the management and transfer of receipts in the respect of procedures
• Guarantee the execution of the activities required for proper stock management, when the Store Manager is absent or on his/her request
