Description
*Oversee and monitor the team development and facilitate complaint resolution.
*Ensuring the planning applications and systems are used effectively.
*Reporting and Visiting stores and stay updated on competitor activities.
*Monitoring seasonal budget performance and ensuring targets are met.
*Presentation and proposal of Departmental strategies and ensuring that the standards of merchandise procedures and methodologies are maintained and kept uniform.
Seeking candidates with good knowledge and prior experience of Merchandise Planning and analytics.
3-6 years experience in a similar job role will be given preference.
Should have experience in using planning applications and be proficient in MS Office.
Retail experience mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree graduate. qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require team, development, planning, stores, performance, standards, procedures, retail mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
