Description

About the Role:

The main purpose of GRC Sr. Analyst is to represent the assigned Function/Business Area for all matters relevant to Access Control and SAP GRC AC, i.e. access needs and access risks. GRC Sr. Analyst will remain specialized in their functional / process area (Fl, PR, SD, OTC, etc.), with exclusive and only focus on access control of these areas.

These activities are relevant for both projects and operations (business as usual). In general, the role will be responsible to:  

Act as GRC AC point of contract (support for end-to-end service) for business functions

Build relationship with business functions to enhance the GRC support.

Acquire or improve business processes knowledge in support of business functions.

Provide clear and precise communication to the business functions on their GRC AC support requests

Provide proper plans for executing any review activities (Rule Set, SAP roles, etc.) in accordance with business functions.

Participate in any SAP Projects to design (create/ change) SAP Roles and Access Control activities.

Train Line Managers/ Role Owners/ FF Owners/ FF Controllers.

Actively participate in awareness campaigns for end-users and management on GRC AC Report progress update to the GRC Department; Function Manager weekly/ monthly.

Minimum Qualification:

University Degree in Management Information Systems or related fields

English proficiency

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

Five (5) years of experience in cross business process area.

Three (3) years of experience in SAP Access Control competencies is a must.

Has required leadership and managerial skills.

A domain expert in Access Control relevant to the assigned Function/Business Area for all the related tasks from technical "know how", structural and architectural elements, to its business processes.

Excellent end to end understanding of processes and analytical skills Innovative thinking and a solution provider.

Ability to manage change management, write technical specifications and complete testing scenarios.

Committed to continuous learning.

Skilled in Policies and Procedures, Delegation of Authority (OOA), and Process Flowcharts.

Proficient in Understanding of the Respective Business Processes and Application.

Sound knowledge in developing and delivering training and awareness sessions.

Professional Certifications

SAP security or GRC access control certification is preferred.
