Our client, a leading MNC is looking for a service coordinator / Customer service executive for their service center in Jebel Ali.
• Setup / Checking / Improving for Standard SVC operation Process
• Monitoring & Improving Subs. / Distributor SVC KPI
• NPS Survey Analysis & Action plan F-up
• Leading the task accomplishment for fast execution and finding main task/risk based on business environment.
• Develop the process for optimized Operation and resolve current issue/directions in advance.
-English language is mandatory & Arabic is preferable

The ideal candidate should have any graduation qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require service, customer, center, setup, checking, process, monitoring, survey, analysis, execution, business, current, arabic, ms office expert mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
