Description

We are looking for experienced Property Consultants - Commercial to join our growing team. We are in search for highly qualified, skilled and professional individuals who will become the core foundation of our company's growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing/leasing decisions

- Finding clients in need of consultancy services

- Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas

- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns

- Maintaining an extensive database of all commercial properties for sale/lease

- Developing strategies to increase the value of commercial properties for clients looking to sell/ rent

- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Real Estate industry to

- Excellent English and communication skills.

- valid UAE Drivers License 

- Valid or previous RERA certified

- Negotiation skills

- Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market

- Highly motivated and goal orientated

- A passion to succeed

- Ability to communicate in other languages will be an additional bonus
