Description
1- Production planning: general production planning of all projects to ensure we meet all deadlines (which many times are quite demanding considering the dynamics of our industry)
2- Supervision of all divisions:
a. Ensuring all division supervisors are well briefed, well managed and well controlled
b. Restructuring a division (if needed) in order to meet a management set objective for yourself
2- Periodical and systematic assessment of division workers and their supervisors (it will be your job – after a suitable educational and inductive phase one – to assess a worker or supervisor and decide whether he should stay or get replaced).
3- Reporting updates to project managers and Client servicing periodically and when needed
4- Editing of technical drawings ready for production

The ideal candidate should have bachelors degree qualification and atleast 10 years of experience. The position require production, general, planning, supervision, restructuring, order, management, assessment, reporting, project, client, servicing, editing, technical mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
