Description

Office coordinator (Female or Male) - Ref No: OC005 

- Organizing daily, weekly and midterm schedule
- Coordinating Projects in name of Sponsor VP when it comes to follow-ups, project planning, agenda setting, collecting deliveries, processing and summarizing information
- Autonomous organization and scheduling of meetings and conferences by collecting information, preparation of documents, arranging briefings, communication with participants and taking care of any logistics (catering, IT-infrastructure, hotel accommodation, travel arrangements,...
- Attending meetings and ensuring the meeting minutes and any follow-ups
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictations at conferences or to provide general assistance during presentations during presentations
- Producing documents, briefings, reports and presentations
- Taking care of documentation and data-management
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Occasionally taking care of organization of private meetings or private affairs of manager
- Experience in Government portal, and knowledge visa application.
- Experience in Sales
- Language : multi language English , French , Arabic
