Description

• 15 years’ experience in Oil/Gas Industry out of with 8 years should be in a managerial/leadership position in Human Resource Development function or Organization Development role with exposure to strategy development.
• Demonstrable in-depth experience in People development, understanding people issues, Talent development and Management.
• Must have a thorough understanding of effective Learning management systems and an ability to conduct training in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation, quality management, Balance Score Card development.
• Effective leadership and team management skills with good influencing ability.
• Professional capability to effectively manage projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrable experience of managing peoples issues effectively together with a high level of emotional intelligence and strong inter-personal and communication skills.
• Effective problem solver with organizational skills, proactive with a resilient approach.
