Description

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Sales Officer (Exp) for our International Website Sales and Marketing (voice process).

Job Description:

Good Command over English and Arabic.

Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the Lawyers and clients to understand the business needs.

Deliver to the Employees, Customer and Shareholder metrics as per goals.

Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines

Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries

Good experience in international calling process

Customer service background

Able to work in 24/7 environment

Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Listening Skills.

Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication

Customer Focused, with Strong Ability to resolve Customer Issues and Effectively Address Service No Situations

Demonstrated Dependability/Self Motivating Skills

She will be responsible for carrying out clerical, phone and administrative responsibilities while simultaneously representing the executive office.

She must be detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask and be a personable and professional representative of the management's office.

Should coordinates inter-departmental work projects and serves as a liaison between her boss, other department and/or other companies.

Job Requirements:

Have excellent customer service skills, telephone etiquette, team relations skills including follow-up and performs excellent support especially to Sales Department.

The individual will provides a complete HR administration service and supports the activities and projects relating to HR.

Their primary function is to assist with day to day operational queries, basic system support, filing and general administrative functions. These activities will include, but is not limited.

System Support:

For basic system support, they update and maintain the related HR database and systems, ensuring complete data accuracy. They assist in keeping information on all relevant HR systems up to date. This individual maintains a good understanding of the relevant HR systems and portals.

She will assist in online research and working on the other platforms with daily follow up to increase the sales.
