Our Client is one of the leading and most respected business groups in the GCC. They are currently looking to recruit a General Manager for their Travel agency business dedicated in providing corporate and leisure travel, conferences meetings, management services, visa services, airline tickets, cargo and freight services.
Reporting the VP/Board member, you will be required to develop and enhance existing/new clients across the travel channels and more importantly improve the revenue and profits across the region.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to as follows:
- Setting objectives for the business.
- Enhancing the relationship with the Global Service Agents.
- Developing and implementing the sales and marketing plan.
- Developing the guidelines of operations with clear direction.
- Motivating, managing and training key team members
- Actively involved in strategic alliances by building and maintaining relationships with key clientele.
- Good relationships with key stakeholders and able to communicate at a senior level.
Job Specification
OnePoint HR & Management Consultancy is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of General Manager in the field of General Business in one of their office located in Manama - Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have graduate in business management or equivalent. qualification and atleast 8 years of experience. The position require client, business, general, travel, agency, dedicated, providing, corporate, leisure, conferences, management, visa, cargo, freight, reporting, revenue, setting, relationship, global, service, sales, marketing, operations, training, team, alliances, building mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
