Description
Job Purpose
- Prepares cost estimate by analysing proposals & requirements
- Prepares technical proposal and follow-up.
- Keep up-to-date records of all Quotations related activity
- Advise sales team for any leads into commercial opportunities
Essential duties and responsibilities Include the following:
Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, Drawings, specifications, and related documents.
Identifies & computes labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, Drawings, specifications, and related documents.
Resolves any discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Presents & prepares quotation, technical proposals by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
Prepare, issue, receive and review supplier and subcontractor proposals and pricing.
Prepares other reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
Quote prices, credit and contract terms, warranties and delivery dates to customers accurately
Collaborate with and answer colleague questions, working together where necessary to create value for the business

The ideal candidate should have engineering graduate qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require cost, proposals, requirements, technical, sales, team, commercial, time, assembling, numerical, review, supplier, database, credit, business mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
