Description
Our client, a leading distributor of confectionaries based in Oman is presently seeking to hire a Duty-Free Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.
This job needs a sound understanding of the Duty Free Sales in Middle East and India market in order to drive the appropriate route to market strategy for existing and new products. It also entails building capabilities in sales, trade marketing and distribution. The incumbent in the role will be consolidating Duty Free business as the key revenue and profit contributor for the company while also being the main growth driver.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Deliver top line and bottom-line for the each Duty Free in line with short and long-term plan.
• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategy in line with company objectives
• Development of the Duty-Free Operational Plan and delivery of the Trade Marketing & Distribution KPIs (Optimum Coverage, Availability, Visibility, distributor and market Stock Levels etc.)
• Planning and execution of Cycle Activities in line with brand/TM&D plans on time and budget
• Management of Monthly demand planning, stock replenishment, inventory levels, Rental contracts, Joint Business Planning & Reviews
• Development/maintenance of a route to market strategy, coverage plan and expansion, increase depth and width of distribution
• Team Management:- Driving, motivating, providing direction to direct team and efficiently utilizing distributor field force
• Manage the marketing calendar, promotions, launches and merchandising
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth

The ideal candidate should have any graduation qualification and atleast 8 years of experience. The position require maintenance, sound, sales, market, order, strategy, building, trade, marketing, business, revenue, profit, company, line, distribution, stock, execution, activities, time, demand, inventory, planning, providing, direction, direct, team, field, merchandising, performance mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
