The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing support across the organization. The job will be divided into 4 areas: Administration, Warehouse and Logistics, Facilities Management and Health Safety and Environment. The assigned coordinator will be responsible for providing support with day-to-day activities to facilitate smooth business operations of the Oil & Gas project.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
• Receive and Follow-up on all service requests received from customer’s and internally;
• Maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval in case of audit, financial and management reviews;
• Prompt and clear communication regarding job developments with the Head Office.
• Receive and ensure documentation regarding workforce assignments;
• Deliver additional tasks that may be delegated by the Head Office as required.
