Description

Job Functions:

• Follow all recipes and cooking procedures to the specifications set forth by the company.

• Ensure all food is consistent and recipes are followed.

• Demonstrate all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper hygiene.

• Maintain clean work station during entire shift.

• Control and limit wasting of inventory and supplies including the recording of any lost product on waste sheets.

• Assist in the set-up and physical counting of all weekly and monthly inventories.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.

• At least 1-2 years of experience as Crepe Maker is required for the role.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment.

• Additional Food trainings & certificates is a plus.

• Good English Communication.
