Description

On behalf of our client, we are urgently looking to hire a Cheese Maker for their Fujairah (UAE) operation.

• Responsible for cheese making process from the startup of operation to finished product.
• Maintain efficient operations while producing high quality products.
• Accurately follow prescribed cheese making procedures ensuring consistent quality products.
• Maintain inventory and ordering of cheese ingredients.
• Complete all cheese production records in an accurate manner.
• Maintain cheese recipe programs.
• Perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures.
• Produce the products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Requirements 

• Male only
• Turkish nationality – we will consider candidates from outside as well.
• Proven experience is a must
• International experience is advantage
• Good English or decent English and good Arabic
