Description

We’re looking for a motivated and active building facility Coordinator to join the team.

Responsibilities include:
Carry out weekly inspections in the buildings and the flats
Coordinate with the facility management for the required maintenance work
Dealing with email & walk-in client inquiries
Managing client databases and preparing reports
Preparing real estate forms and documents.
Prepare reports as requested by management
Listing/Editing properties on Property Portals
Monitoring inventory for rentals and renewals
Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
Manage and resolve customer complaints

Enter and update customer and inventory information into the system
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office.

Job Specification

Sajaya Group (Recutiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Building facility Coordinator in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require communication skill mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 2k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
