Description

Job functions:

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.

• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, and other equipment.

• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.

• Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.

• Maintain clean work station during entire shift.

• Control and limit wasting of inventory and supplies including the recording of any lost product on waste sheets.

• Assist in the set-up and physical counting of all weekly and monthly inventories.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience as a BARISTA is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment.

• Additional Food Trainings & Certificates is a plus.

• Good English Communication.
