• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
• Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence maintaining diaries and arranging appointments typing, preparing and collating reports filing.
• Organizing and servicing meetings producing agendas and taking minutes managing databases.
• Implementing new procedures and administrative systems liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
• Excellent command of English language good written and verbal
• Excellent working knowledge in MS Office.
• Marketing experience PR is an asset
• Accounting Representable
